Physical Access
QUARRY is located in the basement of 45 Hardman Street. Inside, the venue is split into two main areas – the live room, and a bar area with seating.

From street level, there are 15 steps downstairs to enter the bar area – there is a handrail on either side of the staircase. From the bar into the live room, there are an additional 5 steps downstairs.

Our events are primarily standing, though our live room has built-in bleachers-style seating located to the right hand side of the stage. Please be aware that sightlines to the stage can be partially obscured from this seating during busy events.

Sensory Information
QUARRY’s sound engineering team ensures that noise levels are kept at safe listening volumes for all attendees. Free ear protection is always available at the bar.

A dedicated quiet space is not available at the venue. During events, the bar area is offered as a quieter space than the live room to relax in in-between live performances.

Flashing lights/strobe lighting and haze/smoke are regularly used at our events. If you have any concerns about a particular event, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Assistance
Free companion/carer tickets are available to those who are in need. For more information, please contact us at the email address below.

Assistance dogs are allowed in the venue, however sound levels may not be appropriate or safe for dogs.

Toilets
At this time QUARRY does not have an access toilet onsite – we are working towards fixing this in the future. Both the venue and bar have mixed, non-gendered toilets.

The nearest access toilet with level access is the Philharmonic Pub on 36 Hope Street.

Parking
Pay and Display parking is available in the surrounding area. The nearest car park is the Liverpool Philharmonic Car Park, open 24 hours a day.

Blue Badge holders can park for free and all day in any regular on-street Pay and Display bays in the immediate vicinity along Hardman Street or Hope Street.
